What makes a natural deodorant different to a traditional deodorant?

Traditional deodorants or antiperspirants typically contain ingredients (like aluminium) that block the sweat glands, and in turn reduce sweat excretion. Natural deodorants like Juice Detox allow the body to still sweat and therefore 'detox' any impurities, but instead fight the odour causing bacteria on the surface of the skin to neutralise any smell.

Will it take time for my body to adjust to a natural deodorant?
